Magnafuse®, Liquid Membrane®, and Thermocoat are Meksis tank steel panel coating solutions. These coatings provide high corrosion resistance to steel panels. Compared to conventional steel tank coatings, they offer enhanced impact resistance, lower manufacturing costs, reduced carbon footprint, and design advantages.

Overview

Compared to traditional steel tank coatings, they offer superior impact strength, lower manufacturing cost, reduced carbon footprint, and design advantages.

Hot-Dip Galvanized
Hot-dip galvanizing is the most effective and long-lasting method for protecting steel against corrosion. The entire surface is coated with a completely passive zinc layer, cutting off the steel's exposure to atmospheric corrosion. It is an ideal solution for outdoor water storage tanks that are not intended for drinking purposes.

Thermocoat
In our facility, Thermocoat is applied to one or both sides of the panel using robotic systems, depending on demand. It is a WRAS®-approved coating used for storing chemically active or drinking water in harsh internal and external environments.
