GRP Panel
Our GRP panels are manufactured by hot pressing polyester resins reinforced with fiberglass. We mold the panels at temperatures up to 150°C in accordance with our quality control procedures.
The panels are fully cured when removed from the mold, produced in the required dimensions with smooth surfaces on both sides. Drilling and deburring operations are carried out under controlled room conditions using automated machines.

To prevent surface irregularities on the concrete base from affecting the brittle composite structure, Meksis offers a special solution where only the GRP panel surfaces come into contact with water. All bolts, nuts, and steel reinforcements are positioned outside the tank.
